After majoring in Real Estate, Wayne spent over two decades in the technology sector leading complex sales initiatives and negotiating sophisticated contracts. In 2021, he returned to real estate full-time, earning his North Carolina and South Carolina Broker Licenses and beginning his career as a REALTOR®. Since then, he has closed 22 transactions totaling more than $10.2 million in sales volume across residential properties, land, and higher-end homes.
Wayne’s approach is intentionally data-driven and detail-oriented. He combines market analytics, pricing strategy, and tailored marketing plans to position properties effectively and protect his clients’ interests.
